How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the CSKH PHUMYWASUCO mobile application, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to capnuocphumy@pmw.vn with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – CSKH PHUMYWASUCO App”
Step 2: Provide Account Information
In your email, please include:
- Your registered phone number or email address used in the app
- Your full name as registered in the app
- Reason for account deletion (optional)
Step 3: Verification
Our support team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
Step 4: Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- User Account Information: Username, email, phone number, password
- Profile Data: Name, address, customer information
- App Usage Data: Login history, app preferences, settings
- Customer Service Records: Support tickets, feedback

Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all app features and historical data
